Burpee – Trains the entire body including the chest, back, shoulders and arms, legs glutes and abs.

  • Begin standing
  • Squat, place hands on mat
  • Jump feet back into a plank
  • Jump feet back to a squat then stand
  • Complete 10 reps

Double Crunch – Trains Abs

  • Begin lying on your back hands behind your head, knees bent and lifted
  • On an exhale contract abs bring torso towards hips
  • On inhale return to start
  • Complete 10 reps slowly

Reverse Flys – Trains Back Muscles

  • Stand holding a pair of two or three kilos dumbbells (you can also use two one litre bottles), hinge forward at your waist and let arms hang
  • On an exhale, raise arms to the sides while keeping abs contracted, eyes looking forward
  • Lower slowly then repeat 10 reps

Lateral Lunge Shoulder Press

  • Begin standing with feet together holding the dumbbells shoulder height close to ears, palms facing forward
  • Take a giant step on to the right side landing in a lunge
  • Return right leg back to standing, feet together while simultaneously pushing arm and dumbbell straight up
  • Complete 10 reps to the right then 10 to the left
